Annual Renewal of HONG KONG company includes submission of annual returns, renewal of Business Registration Certificate, reappointment of legal secretary and renewal of legal address, Annual Renewal is not equivalent to annual tax declaration.

1 Delivery of annual return
  Annual Return must be submitted to the Company Registrar of Hong Kong once a year after company’s anniversary. Annual return form covers information like, company name, shareholders, directors, legal secretary, legal address etc.

2 Renewal of the Business Registration Certificate
  Business Registration Certificate is only valid for one year. To continue business, company must renew their business registration certificate and there is no need to hand over the expired one.

3 Reappointment of authorized secretary
  There shall be at least one Hong Kong permanent resident or authorized Hong Kong company taking the position of legal secretary of the company for newly incorporated HONG KONG company. Legal secretary is prerequisite of any company. We can provide corporate secretarial service on your behalf.

4 Renewal of the address of registration
  Same registered address shared between Hong Kong companies are permitted by Companies Ordinance, which will eventually be marked in business registration certificate, the legal address must be part of a commercial office under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong, which is prerequisite of any company.
